Is The Individual Mandate Constitutional?

This is not rocket science. The 10th Amendment limits what the Federal Government can do. It does not say ‘the Federal Government can do anything, except for what we specifically restrict it from doing.
The Commerce Clause, on the other hand, has been stretched completely out of it’s original position. The Commerce Clause was designed to stop States from charging tariffs as goods passed through adjacent States in transit to buyers.
John Marshall has no doubt worn all the skin off of his body from rolling over in his grave from the shenanigans of the Court over the last 175 years.
There is nothing in the Constitution that says the Federal Government can force any citizen to enter into any contract for anything, be it insurance or an all day sucker. Whether Obama or some other tin horn pseudo dictator wants it to happen or not is not the issue. Nor does it make any difference that Obama thinks it is the ‘fair’ thing to do. The issue is the Law.
In fact the Redistribution BS that Obama is doing is also against the Constitution. WE, all of us, have the Freedom to do with our property as we damn well please. The money you earn with your labor is your property, if the government steals your property it is theft and if the government steals your property under the guise of a tax and then places your stolen funds as a gift into someone elses pocket, then they have placed you into involuntary servitude to that person. Think about it, this also, is not rocket science.   

The United States constitution is not God. Anybody can find any justification for anything in the “constitution”. Didn’t this same panel of fools find the right to an abortion in the “constitution”? What a joke. God said, “Thou shalt not steal”, and to force one human being to buy the health care of another (sorry, but that’s the intent of Obama-care), it’s stealing and therefore A VIOLATION OF THE LAWS OF GOD ALMIGHTY! It does not matter what “congress” says, or a document written by MEN says, but what GOD says! God also said, “Thou shalt not murder”, but men found a justification for that in the constitution, pretending that the document itself was the “word of God” and that that THEY were the interpreter of such law, giving themselves permission to violate the commandment of God. Surely, they will suffer the wrath of the Eternal for this great evil.
