At the very top of the article it states that “nine years ago”the tribe requested the land be set aside for this project. I do believe we have only had almost 4 yrs of oblammer. Nine yrs ago was under Bush. Why the lengthly delay? beurocratic red tape, the EPA gov’t operated terrorist group along with other cov’t crap. We can thank Bush for this refinery finally being built Odipshit had nothing to do with it except maybe delaying it fro bout 4 yrs.

Better yet – eliminate corporate taxes – there is really no such thing as corporations simply pass on this cost to the consumers. Furthermore, corporate taxes are a conflict of interest with the regulators. Corporations need to be regulated for the citizens benefit – therefore only the citizens should be paying for this regulation.
