We moved from Maryland last year to get away from this. I guess we need to sell our home, and go farther. Louisiana, maybe? I will never vote Repulican again, unless, it is a proven Constitutionalist. Republicans are now the Democrats that the Marxists used to be. Who needs them.

There is not so much as an ounce of difference between the Republicans and the Democrats and the end of both party's of dirty lieing Bas#### should be coming very soon. I am including all of the Black Politician's also. We the People had better start another party should replace them but the end of the names Republicans and Democrats should end now. One very Important detail should be that not one of the people that have been in the system has ever been a Politician are not allowed under any circumstances.

What a shame to give offense to the tea party by expanding medical care to the poor! We really ought to cut back education, too, just to those who can afford it. What's this country coming to? Why don't we get back to what Christ said - cash on the barrel head, look out for number 1.

I oppose all law, regulations, and mandates that are not clearly allowed by the constitution. There have been outrageous violations without penalty. Members of The House of Representatives are not doing their job of initiating impeachment procedures.

Still not exactly, right. The 3.5% tax is on wholesale gas purchases, not on all products. The sales tax increased from 5 to 5.3%, and will allow Hampton Roads and N.Va. to raise the sales tax in those regions to 6%. Those are the only local/regional sales tax increases allowed in the state.

I oppose the tax increase/Medicaid expansion, too, but GEEZ, get your FACTS RIGHT! There aren't even 25 GOP senators! It was 25 total votes. The majority of Rs in the senate opposed it. Also, the gas tax doesn't increase to 22.5 cents a gallon. Where did you get this stuff? I stopped reading after the first few paragraphs b/c you had so many facts wrong. The per gallon gas tax is eliminated with this law and replaced, in part, with a WHOLESALE sales tax. At present, that will reduce the tax burden at the pump, actually, though in the future it will probably increase. But geez, you have no credibility and do our cause no good when you write without knowing the basics!
