Howard Rich, Chairman of Americans for Limited Government, is a contributor at NetRightDaily.com. He has been a leading force in the limited government movement since 1992, when he founded the group U.S. Term Limits. He also serve on the board of various nonprofit organizations, including the Cato Institute, the Club for Growth and the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice.
In 2000, he founded Legislative Education Action Drive (LEAD) which focuses on enacting school choice legislation across the country. He also serve as Chairman of Parents in Charge Foundation. He is a strong supporter of school choice and have been honored with the Herman W. Lay Memorial Award for his work in education.
